ASPH/CDC Allan Rosenfield Global Health Fellowship: Deadline April 3, 2012

In recognition of a career dedicated to improving the health of the world’s most vulnerable populations, ASPH, with support from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), established a fellowship in honor of Dr. Allan Rosenfield, former Dean of the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health. The Allan Rosenfield Global Health Fellowship Program provides international training opportunities for recent graduates of ASPH member accredited schools of public health (MPH and Doctoral level).

ASPH/CDC Public Health Fellowship Program: Deadline May 3, 2012

The ASPH/CDC Public Health Fellowship Program was established in 1995. Its goal is to address emerging needs of public health, and to provide leadership and professional opportunities at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for students and graduate students of ASPH member graduate schools of public health. The fellowships are from one to two years in duration, depending on the needs of CDC and the fellow.

Postdoctoral Fellow: UT Southwestern Medical Center (Open until filled)

Company Information: The Quantitative Biomedical Research Center is newly established at UT Southwestern Medical Center (UTSW). It aims to foster collaborations involving quantitative methods and technologies in any aspect of biomedical research, particularly for understanding disease etiologies and developing treatment and prevention strategies. Currently, the center has four faculty members, several staff members, postdocs and student research assistants. We are actively recruiting new members to join this new and dynamic group.

FDA Commissioner's Fellowship Program: Deadline February 15, 2012

The FDA offers a two-year Fellowship Program, which provides an opportunity for health professionals and scientists to receive training and experience at the FDA. Fellows will train at FDA's White Oak campus in Silver Spring, Maryland or at other FDA facilities. Salaries are competitive, and travel funds are available to attend scientific meetings.
