Dr. Kennedy's interests are in the statistical modeling of microarray data (particularly using multivariate or mixed effects models), quality control in microarray data, statistical computing, and linear models. He is particularly interested in the unique aspects of applying microarray technologies and analysis to the area of neuroscience.
