The CSCH is committed to promoting effective interventions through research to practice mechanisms. Research, translation and dissemination of effective interventions is key to the identification, replication and adoption of best practices by communities. The CSCH disseminates its community research as well as that of other PRCs to practitioners and communities through traditional education and training products and programs, publications and presentations as well as use of contemporary communication methods.
