Deep South Center for OH&S News

Moniaree P. Jones has done it again!

We would like to congratulate Moniaree P. Jones on her upcoming graduation from The University of Alabama Capstone College of Nursing, where she will receive her master’s degree. A few years ago, Moniaree attended a conference where she learned about the M.S.N. program at the Capstone College of Nursing. “That was all it took to ignite the slow flame burning beneath my heart,” Jones said. “The experience has been wonderful and challenging.”
Moniaree will not be alone, her son, Drew Jones, will be receiving his bachelor’s degree the same day.
We are excited for Monariee, who has been a wonderful supporter of the Deep South Center for OH&S, serving on planning committees, providing instruction and being a course director.  Moniaree was recently featured in The University Alabama News about graduating with her son.  Click here to view article
