The 6th annual Fiesta, Birmingham’s premiere celebration of Hispanic culture and heritage, will be held in Linn Park on Saturday, October 18th from 11:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. With the goal of educating the public about the many different Hispanic countries and their cultures, Fiesta’s approach has been to do this through presenting the best of Hispanic art, music, food and dance.
Admission to Fiesta is free; however, donations to the scholarship fund are encouraged. Fiesta has awarded approximately $30,000 in scholarships to outstanding Hispanic students to help them pursue their educational careers at local colleges and universities.
