Tom Fernekes is an independent consultant with over 20 years of experience in leadership training. He has developed instructional components of a nationally recognized management training program for healthcare leaders at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Mr. Fernekes has also designed and implemented training seminars for over 100 organizations in the United States and Canada. He currently teaches English and Composition at Virginia College in Birmingham.
Mr. Fernekes graduated from Clarion University in Pennsylvania with a BS in Education and received his Masters Degree in Education at the University of Pittsburgh.
Mr. Fernekes enjoys helping professionals to increase their communication skills. Thomas is an avid baseball and soccer coach and enjoys reading, chess and sports.
