COURSE OVERVIEW

This two day program provides a thorough overview on industrial hygiene air sampling techniques. The course objective is for the attendees to receive an understanding of proper air sampling methods and techniques for valid sampling results. Laboratory sessions will provide extensive hands on time with various air sampling and calibration equipment. Informative lectures and useful handouts will provide the background material needed to perform air sampling and calibration procedures properly.

Many participants who attend our workshop leave with a better understanding of the subject matter, below are some comments from our past participants:

  • This was an informative class. I would take more courses from this instructor and from the Deep South Center.
  • The instructor was great. The time that he took to let people learn their calculars was very valuable.
  • The training & personnel are great!
  • Confirmation as to when sampling can add value to solving a problem and when it may not.
  • Correct procedure for calibrating my air pumps.
