Ann-Michele Gundlach has devoted her career to helping health care executives and leadership teams design and deliver strategies that enable their organizations to thrive in rapidly changing environments. She specializes in guiding leaders in the development of new ventures and programs and in in their organization’s response to marketplace and regulatory changes.

Dr. Gundlach assists her clients in creating more intelligent and flexible organizations by focusing on building strategic readiness through an integration of work and learning. Her clients seek her advice on organizational strategies for systemic change, on leadership development and coaching, and on implementing strategic plans.

A recognized authority in the field of organizational change and leadership development, Dr. Gundlach has lectured across the United States on a broad range of current organizational issues. She has been a faculty member of the Johns Hopkins University’s graduate program in Business and Management since 1981. In 1999, she joined the faculty of the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health’s graduate program in Health Care Finance and Management. Her research has concentrated on how organizations assign meaning to change and how that influences their ability to adapt and change.

Prior to founding her own company in 1992, she was President and CEO of Dome Learning Systems Inc., a subsidiary of the Johns Hopkins Institutions. Dome provided organizational development services and leadership development seminars to health care organizations throughout the country.
