The next class of the leadership development program for the University’s faculty and senior staff, titled BLAZE (Building Leadership Attributes with Zeal and Excellence), will begin on September 9, 2010. This program is designed to provide opportunities for faculty and administrators to enhance leadership skills, to learn about UAB’s mission, vision, culture and values, and to network with others who are in similar positions across campus.

The following SOPH faculty have been selected to participate in the BLAZE program: Drs. Shannon Bailey (ENH), Melissa Galvin (HB), Leslie McClure (BST) and Nir Menachemi (HCO).
