Best Student Research Abstract Selection for Entry  to the National Delta Omega Student Poster Competition

The UAB Delta Omega Upsilon Chapter will select the best abstract(s) from the SOPH for competition at the national level. The 2012 National Delta Omega Poster Session will showcase the excellent scholarship and research of students in accredited schools and programs of public health. Students selected at the national level will receive a $350.00 cash prize, as well as the opportunity to present their work in a Poster Session during the APHA meeting.

Abstracts due by 5 PM on March 2, 2012

UAB Finalist(s) for the National Competition will be announced on March 16, 2012

Students preparing posters for the Public Health Research Day (April 2, 2012) are also
encouraged to submit an abstract of their work to Delta Omega

Only work that is completed or near completion will be considered.
