Students receiving a MSPH are required to complete a 12.5 hour WebCT course entitled "Overview of Public Health" by the end of their 2nd semester. Students with prior public health education (coursework in each of the public health core disciplines) or experience (5 years in public health) may be waived from this requirement by permission of the Associate Dean. 
Note: Students who work full-time or are enrolled in dual degree programs may request permission to take online courses.
