Functions

(a) Exercise editorial authority to establish quality control of publications

(b) Address issues of authorship

(i) Propose rules on authorship to steering committee

(ii) Attend to matters of recognition of all sites' contributors.

(iii) Suggestions for preliminary and interim analysis publications proposed (i.e., study methodologies & neurocognitive protocols).

(iv) Arbitrate issues of publication.

(c) Propose format and procedures for review of tertiary and quaternary hypotheses proposed by each site.
