Functions

a) Suggest policy to steering committee and communicate with other
subcommittees.

b) Policy and suggestions concerning change in staff, site, or NIH
communication generated by other subcommittees will be channeled through
the executive subcommittee to the steering committee. All other
subcommittees' matters will be directly communicated to the steering
committee.

c) Maintain communications with NIH.
