Testing Information          

If you have already taken an acceptable test, write to the testing service and request that official score reports for the GRE be sent to SOPHAS for MPH, MSPH, and DrPH applicants.  Send official scores reports to the Graduate School for the MS, PhD, & dual degree programs in the School of Public Health.  Note that score reporting usually takes about six weeks.

• If you have not taken the appropriate test, contact the testing service or the testing office of the college nearest you for schedule and registration information.  Allow the appropriate time for advance registration for the test, plus six weeks for score reporting.
• When requesting GRE score reports for SOPHAS, the code is 5688.
• When requesting GRE score reports for the Graduate School, the University code is 1856
