A big part of planning for your degree is making sure you are on the right path to graduate, whether it’s two, three, or four years down the road. You should begin the academic advising process as soon as you can to help ensure your academic goals are in place. It is recommended to meet with your advisor at least twice a semester, but your advisor is willing to meet with you as often as you need to. As a newly admitted student, you can meet with your advisor now to start making plans for your first semester of college. You will also meet with your advisor at your New Student Orientation Session before you register for classes.
